Well, it's November, and the time to enjoy pumpkin pie and turkey is here, and then on to Christmas. I really enjoy the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. They are reminders that we have so much to be thankful for, plus baking stuff is fun (as long as it's not over-complicated! :) ) I love baking and cooking with my Mom and sisters and having the whole family seated around a big table filled with lots of delicious dishes that have been made with love (and seasonings! :) ). Then there is the fun of playing games together, throwing the football, or laughing it up with a game of croquet. All these things are parts of what makes these special times so great. Sometimes it is the simplest things in life that are the most important.
